    I wanted to let you know your product is outstanding. Your last follow up letter alone is worth the investment 100 times over.

    I am a student of Kennedy, Nicholas, Jeff Paul, etc as well, and I can see their influence on you. Great job.

    Anyway, you're charging too little for this course. I would have paid $195.00 without blinking an eye, and this is even before I saw the product. (Although I'm probably not your average client because I buy everything I can get my hands on related to marketing for RE.)

    I've been using a 3 step letter series in my area (Southern California) with success. Recently, I've added a 24 hour message tape and am currently testing that to see if response increases.

    I've put together a report similar to yours - but I think yours is probably better written. It's just sitting in a doc file waiting to be sent out.

    But I'm going to send out yours and utilize your system first. Thanks for putting this together...you've saved me a tremendous amount of time, energy, and frustration...

  • I have been aggressively learning the real estate investing ropes over
    the last year. Currently have 20 units of rentals. Also involved in
    development projects in Costa Rica. We are into foreclosures, probates,
    discount notes, simultaneous closings and inheritances. I am a general

  • Good Morning, Hugh.

    My wife and I have been in the note business full time with a good deal of success, as brokers.  We have been fortunate to get in the middle of several five figure commission transactions.  However, good viable deals are getting harder and harder to find.

    I came across your program and am very intrigued.  While reading and studying all three programs, light bulbs kept going off in my head.  What a fantastic concept.  And why didn't I think of that.  The truth is I did, but didn't know where to begin.

    We have read all your site and also about AMS.  Our only question that hasn't been answered is How much cost will it take to setup the AMS voicemail systems to implement all three programs (foreclosure, note buying and renter)?

    Please advise.

  • Hugh, I just re-read your hunters course and I must say that it is great ad-copy. Great job! Hugh I would like to ask you a question. How much is your voice mail service? And because I think your marketing plan will work, what will a beginning investor do when he or she gets people to contact them who want to sell there home and that investor doesn't have the funds to purchase all those properties? What will he or she do? And how will the beginning investor know how to make multiple offers if he or she is just starting to invest?
